Are We Ready?

When the title is read, some may say “ready for what?”
The answer to the “what” is the most important thing you will ever hear, if it is not yet known. What we need to be ready for, is the Second Coming of Jesus the Christ, Messiah.
There is only one way to be ready for the return of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us in

Romans 3:23

“for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,”

That means each of us have sinned. The only sinless Person who walked on this earth is Jesus Christ, because He is GOD, who came from Heaven, conceived of God the Holy Spirit, not man.
Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Because God, our Creator, is Pure and Holy, He cannot allow sin into Heaven with Him. God is a God of Love, so He provided a sacrifice for our sins, for all who ask Him, so we can be forgiven, and live eternally with God in Heaven. The sacrifice God offered, was His Son, His only Son, His Pure Son, who is God also, Jesus Christ. Jesus willingly came to earth, from Heaven, and died on a cross, paying for all my sins, and all your sins. Individually, we each need to admit we are sinners, and ask God to forgive us, in Jesus Name, and fill us with His Holy Spirit to help us live the life He desires.
We will still sin at times, but each time, each day we can tell God we are sorry, we repent, and ask His forgiveness. When we are serious, and God knows, He will gladly forgive immediately and never mention that sin again.

When we admit we are sinners, ask God to forgive us, in Jesus Name, and because of His sacrifice of death for us, and His resurrection, God forgives instantly. Holy Spirit will then help us daily to become the person God plans us to be.
Please consider this if you have never prayed to God for forgiveness. Seek a good Bible believing, Bible teaching church to attend in the area where you live.
God Bless each who reads this.
