Isaiah 58:6-11

As Christians, as people who say we love Jesus and want to serve Him, we are to be reaching out, and helping, and serving others.

When we know of people who are suffering unjustly, and being punished wrongly, we need to seek and find a way to intervene and help.

We need to be available to those who are bound and enslaved to anything, and freely and lovingly tell of Jesus and His desire and power to give release and freedom.

Many people in these days are without food and shelter for a variety of reasons. Some of these reasons are self-imposed, some are from society and work situations, and some caused by family, or any number of reasons.

Regardless of the person or the reason, we as Christians are to provide food for the hungry, and a place of shelter. When someone is in need of clothing, we as Christians are to help, and find ways to help.

As we do those things in the Name of Jesus, and give Him the glory, His Light and Life will surround and cover us. Our God will be able to minister to us as well because we will be open to Him, obedient to Him, and listening for Him to speak.

Whatever the circumstances, we will be protected. Our God will protect us. His Righteousness will lead us, and His Glory will follow us.

When we are living in obedience, and serving others in Jesus Name, we have the assurance that whenever we call out to God, He will hear us. There will be nothing blocking us from God when we call out to Him. When He hears, He will answer.

As we serve Jesus, wherever and however He leads, He will meet our needs. He will feed us physically and spiritually. He will clothe us physically and spiritually.

The Spirit of Life, The Spirit of Jesus, The Living Water, will flow into us continually.

The Bread of Life, our Strength, our Provider, our Healer, will keep us and give us nourishment.

Our Peace, and our Comforter, will minister to us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
